Help - lost the button off my Tag chronogragh

I've lost the top stopwatch button of my Senna Tag.

Took it to jewellers who think the seals are in place but think Tag would want to do a full service if fixing. Don't want to pay £200 for the privilage.

Anywhere I can get a spare?
