Hi all

Just been offered a Tag Heuer Monaco Gulf (white) Its used but in perfect condition and within warranty.

Just wondering what sort of price i should be offering the retailer?

Thanks

It's my (limited) understanding that the white one was not the most popular as it was a slightly 'acquired' taste. From the information I can gather, the white one was originally £2,000 (I await correction). I would probably offer £1,000 to £1,500 at the most, but then that's just me.

I have had a google around and I cannot find any for sale currently for a guide, sorry.

If it's any help, I have the black one that is un-worn and I would not consider an offer of less than the original £2,500.00 for it.

See - knew it would be wrong. I made the mistake of thinking the USA price would translate to the same UK price. Not a bit of it! smile

Am I right in thinking the white-face model came with a bracelet, not a strap?

You would indeed. And I'd say exactly the same about my, specially made to commemorate what would've been Steve McQueen's 75th birthday, white faced one. biggrin
