Bought a 1970's Omega Seamaster 4 months ago in restored condition, but recently the original scratches have began to appear on the glass (I think it's called PLEXY GLASS or similiar,it's not hard glass) any ideas? What do watch repairers use?

You could, I'm told toothpaste sparingly applied has the same grinding effect. Best though to stick with a 3 quid tube of polywatch on you pride and joy.
