How do you remove a strap from a watch when there are no tiny holes to push a pin in?

The underside of the pin should have 'shoulders' with which to press together... Like below!

It was inevitable...

Can't find the fker so now I have a watch without a pin.

Look on the bright side... I still have my eyesight. I was expecting to get it in the eye.
