Is it much cheaper to buy used Rolex in Geneva? I gather the new stuff is significantly cheaper than UK prices. With flights so cheap I wonder if it is a valid option.

I'd be amazed if either new or used were noticeably cheaper in Geneva, and thats ignoring the CHF:GBP exchange rate which has plummeted.

Plus there is tax to pay on a non-EU import.

Not at all cheaper in my experience!

Compared to Sweden, should I have bought the Omega I looked at, I would have saved a £1000...
+ the Tax free deduction. So yes, and they would prob. have the watch in stcok you are after as well.
