Morning all

The bracelet on my 6 month old Omega Seamaster has broken. I'm hoping it will be fixed under warranty but I'll pay for it if I have to.

Does anyone know the best way to get it looked at? Take it to a dealer or send it to the service centre? Normally I'd take it to the place I bought it but that's not really convenient at the moment.

Thanks in advance.

Day trip to London and pop it into the boutique on Bond St?

They fixed a 1974 bracelet for me FOC, so I'd have though a 6-month old one would be no bother at all. They have an on site watchmaker/tech so you shouldnt have to send it off either - they did mine while I waited.

Sounds like a good excuse for a spot of lunch and a piss up then.

Cheers!

Just to tidy this up... I went to the boutique on Friday and not only did they replace the clasp they also either replaced all the scratched links in the bracelet (from when I fell off my bike) or they've just replaced the entire bracelet. I didn't notice until after I'd left the boutique so I don't know exactly what's been done.

Oh, and all for free too. Great service.

Thanks for your help Max.
