Help needed watch glass

Hi,
Have a old fortis bumper of my grandads. The acrylic glass is cracked been trying to get a replacement. Found a company online they have sent me 3 different glasses which all didnt fit in the end I just sent the broken one to size got it back today and it doesnt fit!!!
The watch is front loading so the glas has a deep ridge which sits over the dial and holds the bezel ring in place.
Anyone know where i might be able to get the right one? pr have one made from the broken one?
