Custom Dial Rolex...where?

Just picked up a nearly new SeaDweller which I will use as an everyday beater.
But I want something more - a funky dial or maybe more (PVD job?).
Can anyone reccomend somewhere I can get a quality job on customising my SD (not one I have to buy from the customiser) ?
Any info gratefully received.

Pvding would probably look quite good nice if someone with photoshop skills could do a pic?
As for the dial ?
The seadweller/sub is to watches as the ducati 916 is to motorbikes, A style icon simple but very stricking to change the dial imo would be a crime? just my opinion
