Im thinking of getting one of these over a seamaster. I have not heard too much but i think they are very special.

Very smart but I don't know, a little plain for me maybe.

Same here - I prefer the chrono. But although I like it, somehow I've never quite liked it enough to buy one.

I have got the Aquatimer chrono - very pleased with it and would recommend it without hesitation. I got mine on a rubber strap - very comfortable.

I don't know, there's just something missing. I like the look of the yellow 2000 model more, but the titanium puts me off.

Lovely looking (although subtle) watch. How does the bezel work? Presumably one of the crowns operates it?

Indeed, it is an inner rotating bezel, nice touch.

I've got one - I like it's simplicity smile It's got a black face but under certain lighting conditions the face looks blue.

I've got an older (6 years) Titanium Aquatimer. Utterly beautiful. Yes it is understated, but IMVHO far classier than the default Rolex/Breitling alternatives. Get one - you will be glad you did.

What he said - the older 3536.01 GST Aquatimers are beautiful and truly understated. The thinking man's Dweller.

Hi found this while looking about looking at comparison between SD and aquatimer

http://www.watchtime.com/archive/wt_2005_05/WT_200...

Next year im having one of them! although had a SD before really like the Aquatimer design. Is it as good a watch? Would I still want a SD if I bought an Aquatimer.

Who knows cant afford both so gonna have to to chose at some point!!

With regards the SD/Aquatimer, a colleague at work has a SD. I much prefer my Aquatimer. So does he!! It's horses for courses though.

HI, yes I am leaning towards an Aquatimer.
Can anyone post a wrist shot please?
Also to those who own them I wear my watches on the left wrist does the double crowns get in the way?
thanks
Oli

While I don't have one, I reckon the crowns are in the perfect position to avoid being obtrusive. I have a diver with a single crown at 4 o'clock and despite being a a large watch, the crown doesn't cause any problems and my Ball Engineer Master II Diver has twin crowns at 2 and 3 o'clock and it's only ever the 3 o'clock crown that gets in the way.

Visited my local AD last weekend to have a look at an aquatimer. Have to say was dissapointed
lovely weight to the watch and loved the strap but didnt like the face or inside bezel.
IMO the dial is too small wha with the internal bezel.
Anyway the other diver I like the look of but again never held one is a Zenith Defy classic

Any one got one thoughts?
