Which Watch and Car ?

Ok..If you had just made some nice Profits / Come into some extra cash (with other bills paid of course) and wanted to treat yourself to a Car and Watch upto £100,000 to include both items, what would you go for ? Omega Seamaster + 911, 355 + Rolex etc ?
What would you choose ?

I understand that the perfect pairing would be something like that - but I believe the question was what would I like. Not a fan of the RO or any Hublots

As for what would match the GT3 - I'd look at something like a Blancpain Fifty Fathoms (although a bit similar to the Rolex SD which I already have).
