Gucci & Ebel repair advice please!

I've currently got 3 watches all needing servicing/repair.
A Gucci 9000M which needs a battery/service
A Gucci 9300 which was put into Ernest Jones for a battery and to fix one of the chronograph dial but they have said it has a fault which can't be fixed
An Ebel 1911 which was put into Ernest Jones less than 9 months ago for a full service and the battery has just gone again
I'm not that confident in Ernest Jones now so who can advise on the best place to take/send these watches for a proper investigation/repair?
