23mm Rubber Straps ?

I have just bought a Locman 1970 titanio of a mate and am hoping to change the strap. the problem being that is it is a 23mm lug width which is pretty unusual.
Can anyone help with some ideas as to where i may be able to get one. I have emailed the watch strap websites in the post on page 2.

Just buy a 24mm one and trim the edges with a scalpel. Bit like circumcision for watch straps.
