I used to wear my watch on my right hand when I had one. I'm also right handed, if that makes any difference.

Everyone else seems to wear them on their left?

What's the usual way of wearing them? opposite to the hand you write with?

I look forward to the standard "gay people wear them on the right" comments biggrin

I am right handed but I wear my watch on my left. Of course I also wear it with the watch face on the bottom of my wrist. smile

Left and right handed. Aren't you supposed to wear to on the opposite hand to the one you write on so you can see it while writing.

Edited poll for better options.

I always thought it was the opposite to the hand you write with, but just found it more comfortable on the right, even when writing.

When I put my watch on my right wrist, it instantly feels like I am cutting the blood flow off.

Plus on my left arm, there is now a patch where no hair grows, so I guess I have to keep the watch there..

Don't you hate the way the bigger watches' buttons or winders dig into your wrist when you make a quick gear change, when wearing on left arm, in RHD car?
Of course the answers are:
Wear the watch on other wrist.
Don't wear a watch when driving.
Buy a watch with reversed buttons and winder.
Buy a LHD car.
Buy a tiptronic or paddle change.smile

I use my right hand when one hand is required but when both are required I am left handed, eg I write right handed and play golf left handed. I have always worn watches on my right wrist. If I do try to wear them on my left, for some reason my wrist and arm get incredibly twitchy and sometimes when I've persisted watches have stopped working in the past.

Righty Right here too, I thought I was the only one, as no one I know does it. I've worn my watch that way since I got my first Sekonda from Samuels as a kid! Plus driving with a watch on your left wrist is annoying during gear changes as duly noted above.

Isn't that supposed to denote a very introvert personality?

Left - Left for me feels. Do people really wear their watches upside down? seems odd to me?

I'm with the Leaper when it comes to L/R handedness. Single hand functions I'm right handed, two hand functions I'm left handed (golf/cricket etc) however I wear my watch on my left wrist.
