Birthday watch advice
Discussion
Hi
Been lurking for a while and now after some advice. Its my wives birthday and I would like to buy her a watch, she is not keen on the idea of wearing an expensive watch (expensive for her is £500 plus). After a bit of a search she really liked this
http://www.thewatchhut.co.uk/oris/oris-watches/ORI...
but not happy at the price.
So anyone know of a similar watch at under £500 and I'm afraid it will have to be new.
Now obviously the correct marriage answer is for me to buy her the Oris but all you married guys will also know you have to play the game even if you don't know all the rules!!!

She is not worried about having an auto and I agree that as an occassional wear rather than a daily it would probably start to annoy her. I agree with the Tissot and Citizen thing but was hoping for something a little more interesting (to be honest I will appreciate it more than she will)
Oh and its got to have date and not roman numerals - women!
