Ladies Watches

Heya
I'm on the lookout for a new watch, and although I can find loads of websites with blokes watches, I can't find anywhere that stocks a good selection of ladies watches so I can start to get an idea about what I want.
Does anybody have any suggestions, or useful links?
At the moment the budget is either £1-300 on the basis that I can replace that after a couple of years if i get bored of it, or else up to £2kish on the basis it will be very special and I will love it!
I prefer a metal strap, analogue face.. any suggestions welcome!

Here's the current version with a silver dial http://www.omegawatches.com/index.php?id=179&d.... Battery powered, elegant and feminine without being covered in jewels and flowers. My mum is very fond of hers. It's probably one of the larger ladies watches around but sits comfortably on my mum's wrist - compared to a Ladies Datejust, it's shallower but the case is slightly larger.
If you're not a girlie girl, how about going for a man's watch? The current trend is for larger watches and I know a few mates' wives who wear Omega Speedmaster Dates or Rolex Subs. Alternatively a mid-size plain Rolex Oyster like this one would work: http://www.watches.co.uk/watch.php?wid=7578S

That is a good idea and certainly worth looking at. Whatever it is, it needs to be presentable for work (with a smart suit etc.) as well as going out for dinner etc., and general wearing with jeans. Possibly a man's watch might be too large faced (tried my partner's Omega Seamaster - at least I think that's what it is - and it does look a little large).....

I quite like the Rados, the fancy ceramic cases/bracelets mean they are virtually scratch-proof and they look smart, but I wouldn't pay big money for one, personally. Whatever you do, don't show your missus the haute joaillerie section of the Jaeger LeCoultre catalogue.
Oh, it starts innocently enough, with "ooh, I like that" and "ooh, that's pretty" but then you find out that she's serious...
ETA: I see the OP is actually a woman. This advice still stands, but substitute "yourself" for "the missus".

Went for titanium as she can have a reaction to all sorts of other materials, they do plenty of other variations. Eco-drive so doesn't need regular wear or a battery, just exposure to light. Even if left in a dark drawer it'll run for over 5 months from a full "charge".

Ahhh I have seen them already - the shop I tried an Ebel on it (which I do like) had a Jaeger Le Coutre (or however you spell it) Reverso - fantastic but a little out of my budget !!!
Tried a couple of Rado's on today and actually they are nicer than I anticipated - really really light too!

As stated before watches.co.uk are great.I bought Mrs GMan a mens size Rolex datejust(I feel they are a small watch anyway)from them before Christmas and myself a Submariner and her watch looks great on her. She is only 5ft4 and thought it would be to big but it looks great when she is suited for work, going out for the eveing anything really.
She has in the past even worn my Panerai, but this was not to work as it looked to big with her suit.
