Can you identify this GP?

Apparantly dates from the 1940's, but I can't find a GP like it online to compare!

I can't identify it I'm afraid but it looks a lot like its been re-dialled to me - esp. the spacing of the lettering of "Girard-Perregaux"

Edited to add: your best bet to get more info on it would be to post a pic on the G-P forum on timezone.com - someone there will know for sure.
