I have a few Automatic watches an another 4 batt watches I use for work etc...

Can't see me getting ride of them and probably have a few more in the next few years.

I already have a watch winder box for the auto watches. but with my birthday coming up next month asked the wife to see if she can get me a watch box to hold a few watches and even one that will be a watch winder as well

found this place http://www.watchcases.com/

anyone used the above or can suggest a good/ not too expensive place to get a watch box from

cheers Matt

I have a Rapport carbon fibre box, it holds 16 watches. 8 on the top and 8 underneath them. I got it from Ernest Jones at the trafford centre and they gave me 50% off it without asking too much, I just asked what the best price was.

Quality is spot on and most watch shop sell them so not a pristage brand of box but very well made.

I appreciate this is not the solution for those looking for something that is going on display, but if you're on tight budget TK Maxx quite often has watch boxes, you just have to call in regularly as stock seems to be a bit random.

As for winders, I've bought two of the £30 Time Tutelary ones off Ebay. They look a bit cheap but they have a crude timer system, will wind in either direction and have been reliable. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ka003-b-Single-Automatic-Wat...

I had the 12 watch version (twice as they both had faults) and they were ste.

Lots of reported problems with the quality, or lack of, of thwe winding mechanism.

I got my money back and bought a quality one instead.
