I swap between a metal and Nato on my Speedie all the time. Once you work out how to do it it becomes second nature. I disengage one side of the spring bar just slightly, so that it is pushing against the inside of the lug, enabling you to push in the other side of the spring bar to ease the bracelet out.

I found the Speedy a little trickier than the others, but that may be down to the fact that its the one I least wanted to damage
I know the Nato style is very popular, but for some reason I don't quite get it
Maybe they'll grow on me in time
They look great on. The NATO straps also prevent you from losing the watch if a spring bar fails. It was only around the house but I experienced this first hand when I caught the watch on the edge of a door...

Cheap as chips, but did the job perfectly. But do watch out for the tiny collar It's microscopic.
