Any bargains to be had coming through Swiss Duty Free?

As the title really, I'm off skiing next month and with any cash left over from that, I'm hoping to be able to pick up something a bit different, watch-wise to come home with.

I'll be flying out of Geneva - has anyone been recently and are there any decent duty free bargains to be had? I'm being ferried to the airport so I won't be able to go wandering around Geneva centre unfortunately.

I won't have much to spend, probably no more than £200 absolute maximum (or whatever the difference is in €)
