My wife has dropped her datejust on the bathroom floor and now it will not hold any power. I have tried manually winding but after 20mins it will stop. Is it possible that the knock it took has damaged the spring ? If so where should i look to get it repaired ? I have often read about a place in Bexley ? Also any idea on price ?

Thanks

Just checked your profile and it says you're in London in which case I'd take it to Rolex UK on St. James's sqaure.

My wife did the same, it's now back with Rolex via Goldsmiths. Tens weeks and about £400.00 for the pleasure.
They will not look at watch without a full service and that's £270.00.

Just contacted Rolex Bexely Direct and they have advised (Just over the Phone mind) that it would all be covered in a basic service (£220.21p). Also to contact the house Insurance company to see if I could claim off them if more is wrong with the watch than originally thought. I can drop it in and they will send it off to be assessed all free of charge. Sounds like a plan..
