Someone asked about purchasing from this online company several weeks back and the topic was closed due to members breaking the naming and shaming rules of the board ... I guess there were some negative comments, but I never managed to see what they were!

The discounts given on the site are hard to ignore, but I decided it may just be too good to be true. Instead I will be purchasing from www.swisswatchesdirect.co.uk - Decent discount and looks reliable! Might be worth a look ... What watch are you after?

I would like a JLC Master Control Date or if not pos a Calender......the Date is no longer made, so the Calender is a second choice.

Speaking personally, I would buy a watch of that cost at an AD. You can get some terrific deals on watches at present, especially high end manufacturers. I noticed a dealer in York yesterday offering certain JLC's and PP's with 20 % off RRP, and they weren't the lesser models either...
