A request written in English will help provoke a response.

As mentioned above try calling them. or if you paid by credit card initiate a charge back. Your credit card company will take care of it.
If you paid cash however, you options are limited.

Hope it turns out well for you.

Good luck if the company is who I think it is, I had the same issue, lot's of failed promised delivery dates, had a hell of a job to get my money back. Not quite the Delicious purchase you'd hope it to be!

Does this wonderfully delicious company only deal over the net or the phone? Can you not go there in person to pick the watch up?

Anyone know?

Out of interest was it new or used? I ask because I didn't think Rolex had any on line official dealers...

They don't same as Breitling et al, they are classed as grey market dealers and source new from other genuine places but generally the guarantee cards are with held in most cases so you get the sellers warranty and not the manufacturers. That's not always the case though.

I understand your problem perfectly well despite English clearly not being your first language. Sorry to hear you're in this situation.

Could you tell us the following, then people will be able to help you more effectively.

1. Which country are you in ?
2. Which country is the retailer you bought the watch in ?
3. How did you pay ? Cash, credit card, debit card, Paypal etc ? If credit card, which country is the bank that issued the card in ?
