Similar markings to Traser- can't remember who makes them?

I've seen a watch advertised in a few car related mags, but can't find any of them now.

Glows like a Traser, similar markings etc, and I seem to remember someone on PH being less than complimentary about them.

I just can't remeber what they're called for the life of me and its driving me mad!
