Raymond Weil service / repair

Can anyone recommend me a place that may be able to service & repair a Raymond Weil I have without quite the price tag of sending it back to Raymond Weil?!
It's got a scratch in the face and on the bezel - I presume both of these parts would be purchasable from RW but I've tried 3 places locally and none of them will touch it, say it's got to go back to RW (which I really can't afford)
