For a Seiko monster watch?

You will need a spring bar tool. I was recommended to use a tooth pick to start with, as it won't scratch the watch.

Getting the spring bar out is the easy bit, getting it back in is a little more tricky. As I found out, patience really is the key.

The toothpick is mainly for poking the spring bars off.Trying to get the strap back on with one will be a bit harder!

The fork end is the end you really need to get it back on!

Yeah, you use the same spring bars!
