Best place to repair my Seamaster?

I need to get the luminous blob re-attached to the second hand and some scratches buffing out on the bezel.
Who's the best repairer to entrust my pride and joy to?

If you do a search on UK repairers, you will find some info that I placed within the last 18 months.
Its a list of UK repairers.
The general consensus is to avoid Swatch in Southampton.
I have a gold seamaster chronograph Cal 321 that I need servicing, but I will send this directly to Omega in Geneva.
