I was fortunate enough to be passed down these two watches. Would anyone be able to advise about model numbers/info or the value of either?

Seamaster:

and the Garrard:

Many thanks

OK, I'm guessing the Omega is quartz, looks like its had a fairly hard life, rough guess £2-300?

The Garrard, also fairly well worn, £1-200?

Box and papers might add 25-50 to each.

Both very rough guesses with no actual knowledge I should stress.

I'd guess it was Quartz too. It does look very worn in that photo but I think the has brought that out even more so; it doesn't look as bad as that bad at normal distance(most probably needs a service though!).

Cheers

Sounds about right - although I would probably expect them to be nearer the lower end of your estimations.

I think that Omega is a late 1980's/early 1990's model (quite small in size) and presuming it is quartz they aren't tremendously desirable at the moment. I would hang on to them or see if you can do some swaps.
