Rolex - production figures?

I've trawled the web with no results - are there any details around giving the production of the various Rolex models throughout the years?

I'm trying to determine just how rare mine is (Milgauss 6541) - have seen mentions of only a few hundred being made since it was introduced in the late 50s.
