I'm thinking of getting a croc leather strap for my Planet Ocean so that I can swap between the bracelet and the strap when the mood arises. I've asked a couple of my local dealers and nobody has anything in stock, so I thought I would put it to the PH experts to see if anyone knew of anywhere online offering decent discounts on them.

These may not be official straps but are good quality just the same. Try watchworx.co.uk you should find something nice there.

I have just bought a Orange Planet Ocean in Vegas on my honeymoon and was wondering how easy it is to swap between the metal braclet and croc strap ,

pretty easy but a bit of a fiddle, sometimes I find I can get a strap off first go whilst other times it is a bit more difficult - you need a spring bar tool to be able to to get the pins out but these can be had for less than a tenner off the Bay.

Take your time and be careful not to scratch the watch case.

I always found getting the first end of the bracelet off hardest, once you could lay it out the other end was easy, putting them on is easy, just compress the spring bar and the fit is so good that you just push end end pieces onto the watch and the pin clicks in, it's one of the easiest

you can buy all the spares you need from ofrei.com, but brace yourself for the prices

AJ if you have a 45.5 model i've got an omega tan croc on deployment kicking around somewhere so drop me a line, but it's too big for the 42 version

I even bought the right tool and couldnt manage it..........

Bought a rubber Omega strap for mine as I didnt like the way it looked on the steel bracelet and would never go back to it now. For me looks the way it should look on the new strap I bought!
