TAG watches

I am interested in buying an expensive watch....I currently have an Omega Speedmaster and is starting to look dated despite spending several hundred pounds getting it serviced.

I want a TAG Carrera but want one with the red hand.

Any suggestions

I like TAGs, as we all know, some people here do not (mainly due to questions of heritage blah-di-blah).

If you like it too, go for it - as they say, you only live once, so surround yourself with what you want.

If it was my cash? I'd be searching for a Heuer Monaco.

I love Heuer watches and my first quality automatic was a TAG-Heuer 4000. That said, I dont think that Id want to buy any of the watches that theyve made over the last few years...

I'd go for a Rolex myself, a nice GMT Master or Milgauss.

The Carrera looks a bit too blingy to me.

The Speedmaster is timeless, I would say that it doesn't look dated, you've just worn it for ages and its lost its sparkle to you.

In which case you'll bore of the Carrera really fast as its very similar and IMO not as nice.

Try a different design for a while...

Have had my Monaco for about 8 years, love it to bits....
