Depends on what youre looking for, i was there in Jan this year too and i found that Rolex sports watches, (Seadwellers and Submariners were on a par with the UK) mainly because of the premium on them due to demand. However Breitling could be had for up to 30% off, if you go to the right places. Tag were offering at least 25% off in the Twin Towers shopping centre, there were loads of bargains around.

Even going to Heathrow Terminal 3 departures and you will get at least the VAT off in Mappin & Webb, sometimes more.
