Seamaster Aqua Terra Chronograph

What do you guys think of these? I like the TAG Carerra but I think this would be along the same lines but a better buy.

IMHO any Omega is better than a modern TAG, apart from the new Monaco which is exhorbitantly priced sadly. (Ducks below the parapet for incoming)

The Tag Carrera is a nice looking watch, after the Monaco it's my favourite in the current Tag lineup. There are a lot of people who don't like Tags, but it's not something that bothers me.

I've got both a Monaco and a Aqua Terra (albeit not a chronograpgh) and I love them both. The Seamaster is a very nice, especially in the chrono form, though both it and the Carrera are similar.

When you say in terms of better buy, what do you mean? In terms of resale? Then Omega is the way. But if it's for you and your not going to sell it, buy whatever you like better! It's easy to be swayed by branding, Omega are very good at marketing!
