Tag Monaco look alike

I'm after some reccomendations for a watch, but hopefully one of you good people on here can suggest me something different. The two that I most like are the Tag Heuer Monaco,

and Tag Heuer Link


I really like those styles, so if you can suggest (with pics and prices please) something along those lines then I'd be very gratefull. Any make I don't mind, but I would obviously like it to last well and be well made as it's a 30th birthday treat to myself. Oh and my budget is £1500-£2000. I'm a big lad, so a large face is not going to look lost on my wrist. I would pick either of the two above but I've read mixed reviews on the Tag Heuer quality. The watch will be worn pretty much every weekend but very little during the week, I'm after something to look nice but will be equally at home on my wrist if I'm wearing a suit or going shopping in a t-shirt and jeans.

I brought the Monaco Gulf version 2 months ago brand new Limited Edition only 4000 made, love this watch you might still be able to get one of these if you like them that is!

Just 2 questions. 1/ Which Speedmaster Pro? 2/ Isn't it quite a common watch? I'm not saying it's common as in cheap, just that lot's of people have one.
