Seiko repair

I have an early 90's quartz Seiko which I would like to have repaired.

Can anyone recommend a decent repairer, previous attempts have only lasted six months or so before failing to proceed.

Some years ago my Seiko needed attention so I took it myself to Seiko UK in near Maidenhead, Berkshire. They did a good job at a reasonable price I seem to recall.
