My new desktop machine is running XP, and I have always liked the analogue clock you get in Vista so I did a wee search and found this:

Cracking wee app with lots of different skins, including some Rolex and Omega - there are other skins you can download but they weren't working when I tried.
You can set it to stay on top, resize it, move it around and make it click thru so you can click windows beneath the actual face.
Quite a nice wee app, especially apt for you watch afficianados!
