Seen one of these for sale in a store in Paris yesterday

does anyone know if the 03 phantom is a limited edition in the same way the BR01 was?

Not really - they have made more than 500 of them, that's for sure. Last time I was in Copenhagen, they had two of them for sale...

Like the Blue numeral BR-03, the phantoms are limited but only in as far as B&R will only produce a certain number each year - once the years batch is sold, you will need to wait until the following year and hope they produce it again. It is marketing but at the same time, they do sell out.

£2,300 for the 03 Phantom in the UK - which is favourable compared to the €2,600 that I saw them in Paris for.

Same price as other carbon cased versions, but got the impression that the price was fixed for the phantom (not necessarily so for the regular version). I like the phantom, but it goes against my watch buying sensibilities to pay list!

Tried one on today and although pretty big, they don't sit very high so overall don't look massive.

Looked ridiculous with my double-cuffed shirt though - definitely one casual dress only!
