Someone mentioned Junghans on another thread, which got me having a look at the full range, and I was quite taken by the Mega 1000 digital...

Then there's the Tag Microtimer...

Gucci...

So, have we done favourite digitals before?

And what about antique LED's and Tokyo Flash type weirdness?

Ooer!

Of course, it looks like some sort of futuristic tag for chavs in 2050.

Apart from my G-shocks (won't bother posting here), I have a hankering after a basic Casio digital on a Nato for some bizarre reason.

Ok, I'll bite …

Here's a selection of 1970's Digital watch pics and indication of values. Most of these have been grouped up from my previous PH posts on Digitals of various flavours.

Brietling 9106 from 1976. Worth silly money now. £1k-£3k depending on condition and what comes with it.

Amazing 1978 Citizen Scientific Calculator watch £400-£800 now :-

1977 HP01 all signing all dancing wunderwatch, £1000-£3000 in mint condition.

THE watch that started it all - a 1972 Pulsar P1. One of about 40 in the World.

1976 Pulsar Solid Gold 'Euro' Calculator. Extremely rare. Maybe one of 3.

1974 Simple Seiko LCD, £25-£300 depending on condition :-

1978 Seiko World Timer, with yellow polariser film. £100-£300

1976 Zodiac Astrodigit. Rare, £200-300

1977 Seiko Solar LCD Alarm Chrono. £50-£200

1976 Wittnauer Bling LED watch, and proof that gold n diamonds were all done before … yours now for £500-£1000+

Rado Diastar from 1990's, usually £500-£1000 2nd Hand, but made of scratchproof ceramics. James May often tends to be seen wearing a Rado…

1960s Mechanical digital jump hour by Damas. £100-£200

I had one of those when they were launched, it was the very first decent watch I ever had, it was bought for me when I was in Dubai, aged about 14/15.

Some fine choices.

A friend's Dad had one of these when I was growing up and I loved it - still do.

The Omega "Scoreboard", made for the 1976 Olympic Games.
