Mrs MoJo very kindly bought me a double watchwinder for my Birthday last month. I have invested in a timer plug socket, so all I need to do now is set the timer.

The question is, how long should I have the winder turning for, each day, and should it be in one time span ie 3 hours non stop or should I split the time equally throughout a 24 hour period ? Also, is it possible to overwind an automatic movement (the watches are a Rolex Sub and an Omega Aqua Terra Railmaster Chrono)

Any advice appreciated nerd

I have left mine on 24 hours a day since Xmas. It works 20 mins per hour. Fine?
