Tag Carrera Calibre S... changing the time??

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do you change the time on a Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre S?!

I've tried pulling the crown out and turning both ways, but nothing happens!

I'm currently away on holiday and don't have the manuals to hand. Not had the watch long, so not had any need to change the time on it before.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Do you have to pull it out a couple times?

I have to unscrew the crown, which then leaves it free to turn either way. Then pulling it one click out again will do the date and another click will allow me to change the time, or vice-versa.

Not a Tag, but maybe similar?

Suspect you've not pulled the crown out quite far enough.

It comes out "one click", and then turns quite freely, but has no effect on the time displayed.

Pulled as hard as I can and won't come out any further!!
