ESQ Swiss watch stopped working

First post in the watches thread so easy tigers..........

My ESQ Swiss watch (a present from my folks) has stopped working a couple of times recently. The battery in it is fine and has a pulse but the watch has just stopped and then restarted a number of hours later of its own accord. The only possible thing i can put it down to is being at the football and maybe some jumping around and clapping.

Any ideas?
