Seller's got a 100% record on nearly 400 sales so I would hazard it isn't a fake. He sold a Chopard Mille Miglia recently and got a postive on that too. He deals in some very interesting stuuf it seems and none of it is cheap, like a Banksy picture.

If you mean the case on that particular watch I'd say it looks fairly well used, if you zoom in you'll see quite a few marks and scratches. As for the strap, I've no idea but it doesn't match the one in the catalogue photo the sellers has used. I guess it depends on how cheap you can get it?
