IWC Pilot MK12 - what to pay?

I am interested in buying one of the above and wondered whether any of you guys had any idea what it might be worth. Watch is in vgood nick, it's not a special edition, has been serviced, all papers inc certificate of authenticity, and box. Also any idea what a service by IWC might cost me??
