G10 Pulsar

What do the learned folk on here think of the Pulsar G10? I've read that's it rubbish, but I quite like the look of it and the one I've seen is a nice price.

I found one of those in the bottom of a ex-army toolbox. The tools had scratched the crystal in places so the glass used must be relatively soft? The crowns are quite often missing from what I remember reading. It does seem quite lightweight in build quality compared to a cwc. Looks better, but if they don't perform?
