So im looking for a Seamaster quartz. This site has them for £200 off most highstreets rrp. Comes with Omega 2 yr guarantee etc.
Has anyone on here purchased from them? The only negative that i cann see is a 3 week delivery

Have you tried negotiating with the high street shops? I think that you could probably get more than £200 off - especially on a quartz version - and you'll have somewhere to go if there's a problem.

Do we think we may be able to get Goldsmiths, Ernest Jones etc down to circa 1k?

Have used swisswatchesdirect to get me something to order. Can't fault them. All done via phone and email obviously but they kept me informed ok. Maybe a quick mail in the last 2 weeks of waiting might have been nice but still.

All came packed and posted really well with no damage and a huge chunk cheaper than High St. Pretty sure the watch itself came from Europe somewhere but had all the papers and guarantee card stamped.

I bought a Tag off them years ago and they were very good. I got a good price and was impressed with how quickly it arrived (full warranty etc) and how it was packaged.
