Where do you all keep you watch collections then?
I've just bought a new watch (only a cheapy) and thought it might be time to look at getting a box to keep my watches in. Don't want anything expensive really, but other than a few on ebay I haven't seen much.
I'm probably looking at something for 5/6 watches as it's always nice to have space for some additions!
Any suggestions, or do you want to show us what you have?
Cheers

I saw a nice Dulwich 6 watch one on the net, bust most places seem to be sold out. It was £50 though I think, more than I want to pay really.
just seen these linked on another thread:

Seems pretty decent value, plenty of choice too - might have to go for one of them!

Ow - the one you have found looks good to me. Have fun filling it - if you haven't already.
I have never understood why manufacturers supply watches in such big boxes.... Still you need to hang on to them to get a good resale price.
I have 5 at the moment, so 6 seems a good idea for now! Nothing too special mind, but thought it would be nice to have them in a case together. A few Seiko's, Citizen and a Christopher Ward on it's way.I have never understood why manufacturers supply watches in such big boxes.... Still you need to hang on to them to get a good resale price.
Only really wear one or two of them now, but may aswell fill it until I get some replacements!
I got this one in John Lewis from the missus last Christmas, really pleased with it. Filled the blooming thing though, so now thinking I need another!

After reading about these on TZ-UK I ordered a Natural Oak 12 watch version from aandtcrafts (via eBay)
It actually arrived today & I'm very pleased.
A few very quick shots

and (almost) filled

I went for the basic spec 'classic' black interior, oiled finish and flush lid - £75.00 including £10.00 for DHL courier - very well packed & quite heavy.
As you can see from the "filled shot" each compartment is pretty big, so no problems for the 47mm Panerai boys with one of these babies.

some good ideas there, I like the pelican cases.
Nice wooden one above too, looks great.
I Like the look of this one:

£19.99 + £5 postage seems a bit of a bargain. Would rather have had a black one though.
Probably a good idea it only has 5 spaces too, can't be spending anymore money on watches to fill it just yet!

nicely made a bargain in my eyes compared to what I could find in this country check out his shop he sells winders that go quite cheap.

Technically it's not a box, but I've just received this to keep my watches wound:

I'm impressed with the overall quality for the price, but I haven't got round to plugging it in yet!
Any more details on that? I keep thinking I could do with a winder, but I've not found a balance between cheap ones which seem rubbish and good ones which cost an arm and a leg....

Looks like the one's on the link I posted earlier http://www.watch-winder.co.uk/
Oops - I saw that you were talking about boxes, as opposed to winders, and completely skipped over the URL.Thanks.
