Buy with confidence, they're good eggs. I've bought three watches from them. It's true that you can only tell whether a company is any good or not when things go wrong - everyone is good when things go well. My last watch purchase from them was my JLC - which turned out to be broken when I arrived to buy it. Their behaviour and approach to the problem was superb and very professional, fully to my satisfaction, and now the problem is gone and I have a lovely watch on my wrist.
I would, and probably will, buy from them again. Thumbs up from me

So you've got the Reverso back then?
One assumes that one is a suitably happy bunny?!

Wish I was an avid gardener and bridge player, to be honest - it'd be a damn sight cheaper than my current interests....

Check the 'wrist check' thread. It's bloody gorgeous. None of the aggro with the service was SWC's fault - it was actually JLC's, sadly. But it's fixed and looks and feels effectively brand-new, and can only be considered a complete bargain

Just a quick update. I bought the watch and a new glycine incursore should be winging it's way to me! There was no reduction in price but then it was only £395 so can't argue too much. Now I just need to read up on caring for PBS coatings!!
Thanks for all that have helped hope you enjoyed your kitkat
