Yellow Gold Daytona

Yellow gold 'sports' watches look a bit naff IMHO.

I'd have a yellow gold Datejust with black dial and a black croc strap....... but not a yellow gold Daytona, Sub or such like with matching gold bracelet.

Agreed.

Even though they're a little blingy to some (me included sometimes) they're fabulous value s/h. A dealer friend offered me one with a black face for exactly the same price as a stainless and if/when they do come back I'll kick myself for passing!
So to the OP - if you like it go for it, it may be a smart move

Not a great fan of the Daytonas. Find they look a bit more tasteful on a leather strap.
