Tag repair/battery

Hi guys just asking if anyone has experience of sending their watch back for service/battery replacement to the uk tag heuer stockists (authorised service centre). Just it was a wedding present for my wife and I'm finding it difficult, to put it in the post (special delivery insured etc) due to the personal value , any advice would be welcome.

When I sent mine off for work I did it through Goldsmiths their carriage & insurance their problem.

I sent mine back through Goldsmiths too, all fine an watch looked brand new after a full service for around £150.

Shame the boutique in London has gone as that had an insure service centre and did that kind of stuff while to waited.
