Anyone with a Sinn or Damasko in Edinburgh ?
Discussion
Bonus time, and I think it's a good time / excuse to upgrade from my Seiko. Currently torn between a Sinn 856, Sinn U1 and the ever elusive Damasko DA36. One problem is that I've never seen any of these (or their closely related brethren) "in the metal".
Is there anyone here with one of the above, or similar, who'd let me have a butchers?
I work on George Street, will happily shout you a sarnie / coffee / pint.
cheers, Nick

Miles away, so can't help.
But, if you pop an email off to Neil at Chronomaster, I'm sure he'll explain about his returns policy. You can order the watch, and if you decide you don't like it, you can just send it back and get a refund. You will need to cover the postage back to him, though.
I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the Sinns.

What he said ^^^I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the Sinns.
The only thing to be prepared for with the 856 is that it will probably be a smaller watch than you'll expect it to be. At least it was for me. I'm wearing it now (UTC version) and love it to bits.
Thanks all. Tried a Fortis B42 Flieger and a 40mm Flieger on for size today. Hated the styling of the 40mm, far preferred the B42 (nice strap too, quite wide).
Will prob arrange some "vital" business in London and swing by Jura for a look / try on
Although - if I see a DA36
for sale, I may just buy; should be able to move it on again no bother if we don't get in.
