Ebel Chronograph or similar

Evening all.
I have an insurance claim going through and I would like to go for one of the Ebel Chronograph watches, either bi metal or just steel, probably with the black face. Looking at the Classic Wave design.
No problem picking up a second hand one if I can find one, happy to purchase in the US as well and could be interested in alternatives at about the same money.
The ones I want seem to range between $900 and $1,300 in the US and about the same in GBP here but they are both deleted models so a tad hard, although not impossible, to find.
Any suggeston for other watches or places to get the Ebel?
